How It Started
It started with dinner. A table, some wine, and honest conversations about the messy reality of building something. Those informal monthly gatherings kept growing, they ran out of space, and something real was forming.
“There are communities for women. There are communities for women founders. But where are the communities for young women founders?”
W35 was built for this exact reason: A founder-first community for first-time and young women founders at every stage of the journey, built on the inspiration, connections, and tools it took us more than 10 years to find the hard way.

Ana is a founder and software engineer building OneShot. She co-founded a software agency at 23 and ran it for four years, building tech products from scratch.
Her true passion is community building: bringing people together and creating spaces for honest conversation and real connection.

Beatriz leads social and content strategy at Happyfact and is a marketing strategist helping brands tell stories that actually connect. She started her first company at 18, a sustainable surf clothing brand, and hasn't stopped building since.

Sofia leads Business Development at Happyfact and sits on the board of ANJE, Portugal's young entrepreneurs association. She founded a marketing agency at 24 and grew it for five years with clients across 3 continents.
Her real superpower? Being a natural connector who genuinely loves helping the people around her succeed.
